About This Course
This course covers the scientific methodology for dealing with new financial transactions through three stages: (identifying the issue, adapting it legally, and deducing its ruling). Trainees will delve into practical models that include investment contracts such as (Murabaha, diminishing participation, and lease-to-own agreements), as well as contemporary issues like (multilevel marketing and digital currencies). The course targets researchers and practitioners in the financial sector to understand the overarching regulations (such as the prohibition of usury, uncertainty, and gambling), equipping them with practical value in distinguishing valid contracts from invalid ones in modern investment environments.
