Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, fill in your name, email address, and a secure password, then verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
Browse the course catalog and click on any course to view its details. Click the "Enroll" button and complete payment if required. Once enrolled, the course will appear in your "My Courses" dashboard.
Once your course content is complete and all required fields are filled, go to your course settings and click "Submit for Review". Our team will review it within 2–3 business days.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link within a few minutes.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as local payment options. All payments are processed securely.
Certificates are issued automatically once you complete all course requirements (lessons, quizzes, and minimum pass scores). You can download or share your certificate from the Certificates section in your dashboard.
The platform is fully available in both English and Arabic. You can switch the language at any time from the top navigation bar.
Log in and go to Settings → Profile. From there you can update your name, profile photo, bio, and contact details. Remember to click "Save" when you are done.
Currently, course materials are available online only. However, you can download lecture notes and resources marked as downloadable from within each lesson.
Refund requests are considered within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course. Please contact support with your order details to request a refund.
Instructors earn a percentage of each course sale. Your earnings are tracked in real time in your Instructor Dashboard. Payouts are processed on a monthly basis to your registered payment account.
You can retake most quizzes and tests after a short waiting period. The number of attempts allowed and the waiting period depend on the specific course settings configured by the instructor.
