DR/ElSayed Elmestekawy

Dr. Elsayed Elmestekawy is a law lecturer and faculty member at the College of Arts and Humanities, Islamic University of Minnesota, USA, and a law lecturer and faculty member at the American University of the People. He is also a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the Faculty of Law, akadymiuwn International University, and a legal consultant specializing in corporate law, including incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy prevention. He has expertise in banking operations, banking law, international private law (international private relations), maritime and aviation law, and is an arbitrator in civil and commercial disputes. He is an expert in legal contracts, legal affairs, and investigations, and an expert in the stock market, including Islamic stock exchanges and non-banking financial markets. He also has experience in online teaching and training, workforce structuring for companies, and training and developing staff.
