Dr. Mohamed Mustafa Al-Shuqairi

Ph.D. in Comparative Jurisprudence from Jinan University in Tripoli. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Organization of Scholars of Miraculous Science, the Head of the Legislative Miraculous Committee in the Quran and Sunnah, and a member of many Islamic federations, as well as being certified in numerous books on Hadith, jurisprudence, language, and literature.
